Job Description
- Identify and visit potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell VAPAC's biodegradable and compostable packaging products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations to close orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Conduct market surveys and identify new customers, industries, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the production, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to the management.
- Submit daily visit reports, maintain customer records, and report sales activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business meetings.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Experience in packaging, plastics, industrial products, or manufacturing sales is preferred.
Responsible, confident, and customer-focused.
