Job Description
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, tax invoices, and purchase orders.
- Generate invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other sales documents.
- Maintain day-to-day accounts, cash book, bank records, and accounting entries.
- Prepare employee salary sheets, payslips, attendance records, and payroll documentation.
- Record and maintain purchase, sales, inventory, and expense records.
- Follow up with customers for payments and coordinate with vendors and logistics partners.
- Maintain office files, statutory documents, and administrative records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other compliance documentation in coordination with the Chartered Accountant.
- Handle email correspondence, customer enquiries, and general office administration.
- Prepare periodic reports and support management with day-to-day administrative and accounting activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any equivalent degree.
1–3 years of experience in accounts, billing, or office administration.
Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to prepare quotations, invoices, salary slips, purchase orders, and maintain accounting records.
Basic knowledge of GST billing, e-way bills, and bank reconciliation.
Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple administrative and office tasks efficiently.
Responsible, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and a team player.
