Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Assist customers and provide product information to drive sales.
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and daily sales records.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor stock movement and coordinate with the factory for replenishment.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales support.
- Prepare daily sales, inventory, and cash reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store discipline.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in retail store management or sales.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of billing software, MS Excel, and inventory management.
Ability to manage stock, cash handling, and daily store operations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
Experience in retail, FMCG, packaging, or hardware stores is an added advantage.
